Kelly Leonard

Kelly is an author, keynote speaker, and consultant who has successfully helped thousands of business leaders and organizations increase revenue, build profitable strategic partnerships, connect with new clients, stand up brand ambassadors, and more.

Kelly is an entrepreneurial business leader with 30+ years of experience serving global enterprises, government agencies, non-profits, and private and public industries.

Kelly’s passion for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility work was ignited when (as a small business owner) she encountered challenges when attempting to engage large companies as clients. This resulted in her creation of an award-winning television show (“Small Business Network”).  While Kelly no longer hosts the “Small Business Network”, she remains committed to addressing the inequities that persist in the marketplace and economically disadvantage local, small, and/or minority businesses.
